Now with lazer cut circles on the sidewalls.

We redesigned the side walls so they are 'unbranded' so our branding is not on peoples self builds. We increased the diameter too so you can get a bit more line on them.

Steel spool reel primarily designed for use on a Wakeboarding winch. These ca be used for other applications like boat winch etc with a bit of fabrication and imagination.

Standard option :

• Laser cut Side walls with 30mm locking collars welded to the outer
• You will need to drill some holes on your 30mm shaft to lock the grub screws in to.
• Collars can be supplied loose for you to weld on.

Quick Release option:

• Allows 'free runout' - resistance free pulling out of the line. This makes pulling the line out super easy. Without this pulling the line out with a torque converter is difficult.

Standard Specs;
7inch internal diameter (width of spool from side plate to side plate)

6 inch diameter spool (the tubular bit)

250mm side wall diameter.

We have 600ft (180m) of 3mm line on our demo model, it could easily take double that.

Designed to fit on a 30mm shaft

Quick release spec;

350mm shaft length (other lengths available but we'd have to quote.)


Choose from plain steel or zinc primered and powder coated

other uses include metal hose reel and metal wire spool.
