Description

Flat pack D.I.Y. winch frame kit.

For the first time ever we are now offering a flat pack wake winch frame kit.
The kit is lazer cut mild steel and is ready for you to weld up.

The kit contains;
The rectangular base  (part 1)
The front bridge section  (part 2)
2 x 45 degree pillow block mounts/ braces  (parts 3)
1 x centre brace which the engine mount plate also welds on to.  (part 4)
2 x fairlead mount bars.    (parts 5)  not pictured
Splashguard box section.   (part 6)

Extra high hp brace    (part 7)

There may be some superficial rust that can be removed with sandpaper, flapwheel or scotchbrite. We always get our frames shot blasted and powder coated anyway.

After welding up your frame you can decide whether you prime and spray it of powder coat it.

Spool/ drum assemblies sold seperately - this is just the frame.
