At the time of writing this article, RRD (Roberto Ricci Designs) have three new kites on the market, the Passion Mk V, the Religion Mk 3 and the Vision Mk 2.

RRD Passion Mk V
The RRD Passion Mk V has been completely re-designed from the previous version. Its leading edge has the exact cross section of a circle, making it a more "delta" shape than its predecessor. It retains the foil shape of earlier models, but has a thicker leading edge in the central panels adding more stiffness and stability to the entire canopy, which is said to give a faster turning speed and a more responsive feel.

It's a Freeride kite with five struts and is available in six sizes from 3 to 13 metres. The three metre kite however differs from the others in the range, being designed as a trainer kite with only two struts. It is also a new design that has been simplified to deliver great low-end power and stability for newbies to the sport.
