If you have your own kite surfing equipment a big kit bag with wheels is an essential accessory.

The term 'golf bag' stemmed from the levy put on surf boards on flights back in the infancy of kitesurfing. People used to book on their kitesurfing equipment as golf equipment as the charge was less! Nowadays the airlines are a bit more savvy and you can usually book on kitesurfing, windsurfing or generic sports bags up to 32kg.

  So with the footstraps and fins removed you'd easily get a couple of boards and a couple of kites (i get 3 in), your harness and accessories.
