Description

• £15 per hour
• £45 for up to 4 hours
• Price includes bouyancy aid
• Previous experience strongly advised.
• If no previous experience, we offer lessons.
• Bring your own wetsuit, or buy or hire one here.
• Take your paddleboard on the sea 100m away.
• Minimum age 14 years, under 18's must have a parent with them.
• If the wind is strong, the waves get bigger.

• Start in shallow water, around thigh deep is good so you don't damage the fin.
• Head in to the wind, then the wind will be behind you on the way back.
• Keep track of where you are, look at the coastline and make sure you don't drift.
• Take a phone in a waterproof case.
• Go out with a buddy
• Take lessons or a SUP intro course.
