Stand Up Paddleboarding Lesson - SUP

Our instructors are BSUPA trained (British Stand Up Paddle Association).

Step on to the latest craze to hit the water - paddle boarding!

Paddle boarding is great fun for groups, whether it be a family outing, group of friends or a stag or hen experience!

On your paddleboarding course you will learn;

• Inflation and setup
• Safety 
• Stance
• Paddle strokes
• Turning on the board
• Basic Rescue techniques

We have new Jobe Yarra paddle inflatable boards in our school. These are the highest quality available and are very rigid for the best possible stability.

Usually we will do this on the sea, but if the conditions are too rough we will go on the river.

Course price includes all equipment, board, paddle, wetsuit, bouyancy aid and leash.

Paddleboarding is great to do with friends and family - teambuilding and stag/ hen parties!

Minimum 2 people, price per person

Wetsuits, bouyancy aid and helmets provided. We sell affordable boots and gloves if you feel the cold, these are optional!

Course duration - 2 Hours

After this course you can rent SUP's  from us.
